Cognac is readily identified with it’s place of birth (terroir) from
which it obtains a unique bouquet and finesse. In addition to the traditional
national custom of drinking it from a tulip shaped glass after a meal, cognac
may be enjoyed in numerous other ways,
- with water as
a long drink,
- on the rocks,
- in a cocktail mix,
- on it’s own as an aperitif
